How every programme is structured

1

Before you arrive

We have a brief conversation — by email or phone — to understand your starting point and confirm the programme is well-suited to your situation. If it is not, we say so.

2

During the programme

Facilitator-led sessions with ample time for discussion. Printed materials provided at or before the first session. Group size keeps conversation personal. No product recommendations or sales.

3

After the programme

You leave with physical materials to return to and a clearer sense of the questions that matter. Follow-up questions to the facilitator are welcomed by email for thirty days after the programme ends.

Personal Finance Reading Circle
programme one

Personal Finance Reading Circle for Adults 40+

5,500 THB · Four-week programme

A four-week reading circle that pairs short essays on personal finance with structured discussion. Texts are drawn from a curated set of accessible writings on saving, investing, and household economy, with additional Thai-context readings provided each week. The facilitator's role is to keep the conversation considered and to surface the questions worth carrying home. Group size is capped at eight to keep the discussion personal. Each participant receives a bound volume of the season's readings at the first meeting.

What the programme covers

  • Week one: Foundations — how to read a household financial statement
  • Week two: Saving and investing — what the evidence actually says
  • Week three: Thai-context considerations — provident funds, gold, family obligations
  • Week four: Bringing it together — questions to carry into the next decade

Includes a bound reading volume, provided at the first session.

A one-day workshop for individuals or couples who would like to draw up a clear, single-page picture of their household assets, liabilities, and recurring obligations. Participants leave with a completed draft balance sheet and a short written reflection on what surprised them most.

What you will work through

Mapping assets: property, savings accounts, provident fund, gold holdings, and others

2

Mapping liabilities: mortgages, personal loans, credit card balances, family loans

3

The Question of Annuities & Lifetime Income

10,800 THB · Three-session programme

A small-group programme of three sessions on the structure of annuity-type products, their place within retirement planning, and the trade-offs they involve. The facilitator-educator presents the mechanics without advocating for any product, and participants discuss how the concept of a guaranteed-for-life income stream sits alongside other approaches to drawing on savings in later life. Includes a printed reference document with a glossary of the technical terms most often encountered in Thai-market materials.

Session structure

  • Session one: How annuity products are structured — the mechanics clearly explained
  • Session two: Where lifetime income fits within a retirement income plan
  • Session three: Trade-offs and questions — working through individual participant situations

Includes a printed Thai-market glossary of annuity and retirement income terminology.
